Help     What You May Need
To begin using Contact Pro, You will need to go through the account setup process, which consists of three steps.

The first is here where you provide your personal information, choose the user name and password that will give you, and only you, access to your account and information stored in your account's databases, and then pay for your first month.

The setup process may seem involved at first, so we suggest setting up a basic account, playing around with Contact Pro for a bit until you feel comfortable with its functionality. Then customize your account adding the groups and categories and custom fields that meet your needs. We also suggest trying the demo.

The following 2 steps will give you the opportunity to customize your Contact Pro account.

You will be able to define up to 10 custom fields of information that you would like to include in addition to selecting from a complete list of the usual contact information fields.

The account setup process also includes the definition of groups and categories in which you would like to organize your contacts. Groups are the main organizational structure, of which you can define three, and categories are the sub-organizational structure, of which each group is allowed up to eight.

This may sound complicated, but don't worry, you can adjust or rebuild any of your customized features later, after getting used to Contact Pro, and the power of its contact information management system.
